Candace is a New York-based designer with a passion for creating on-trend, globally relevant, omni-channel products for notable sportswear brands and retailers. Her extensive experience spans designing for men’s and women’s sleep and loungewear, and children’s sportswear and accessories, all while leading dynamic creative teams to deliver impactful results.

Driven by her love of design —from ideation to production and the in-store and online customer experience —Candace thrives in cross-functional collaboration and building strong, dynamic teams. She is deeply committed to responsible and low-impact design practices, inspired by her teenage twins who offer her creative insights and candid feedback.

Beyond her professional achievements, Candace is a founding member of the co-lab and the Newcastle Council on Race and Equity, where she led the Community Education team. A certified Pilates instructor, she continues to practice regularly and enjoys drawing on her experience as a former adjunct professor at her alma mater, Marist College, to mentor young creatives.
